- Todd is a 1989 graduate of Western Kentucky University where he earned BA degrees in Organizational and Corporate Communications and Minor in Business Management. Upon graduation he relocated to Louisville to work as a Territory Sales Representative for GTE Corporation. Todd was a top producer and was soon promoted to Commercial Sales Manager until leaving the company in 1996.
- Todd changed direction and began a career in New Home Construction which he continues today. He has designed, built and sold over 50 residential homes and is currently an active builder. During these same years Todd bought dozens of single, multi-family and small Commercial properties in the Highlands and Frankfort Avenue area. These properties were totally renovated, leased, managed and later sold. After selling off these properties Todd spent several years developing Commercial property including Retail and office center, Car Washes, Self Storage Facility and the Areas first Conservative Designed Subdivision, Hidden Falls, all located in the Prospect area.
- Todd has first hand knowledge of Residential and Commercial Construction, Land Development, Planning and Zoning, Banking and Real Estate.
